Privacy Policy
Updated September 24, 2026
This policy applies to the Flipic iPhone app. Developer and support contact: feedback@returnnull.cc.
Photo access
Flipic uses iOS photo permissions to browse, favorite, share, and delete authorized photos on your device. You can allow selected photos only and change or revoke access in system settings. The app reads photos and necessary information such as creation dates. It does not upload photos or photo metadata to developer servers. Actual deletion requires iOS system confirmation.
Local organizing history
Browsing mode, position, photo identifiers, deletion marks, and the last 30 undo steps are stored on your device to restore your progress. The organizing history directory is excluded from iCloud backup; settings are stored in app preferences. Uninstalling removes local organizing history but does not reverse favorite or deletion changes already made in Photos. Recovery and retention of deleted photos depend on their availability in Recently Deleted in Photos.
iCloud and sharing
High Quality is the default photo loading setting. When local quality is insufficient, PhotoKit may fetch an image from iCloud Photos, potentially using cellular data. You can choose On Device Only or Original in Settings. Flipic has no separate photo upload server. You choose recipients through the system share sheet; recipients process shared content under their own privacy policies.
Mainland China App Store accounts
Accounts using the mainland China App Store storefront can use all features for free. Flipic reads and caches the storefront region provided by Apple StoreKit on device for offline access decisions. It does not infer the region from location or device language or send it to the developer. If StoreKit reports a change of storefront, access follows the new region’s rules.
Trial and purchases
For users without full access, a local 7-day (7 × 24 hour) trial starts automatically after the first real photo appears and the tutorial is completed. No trial purchase, automatic charge, or subscription is involved. Trial dates and access entitlements are stored in this device’s Keychain and may remain after uninstalling. Lifetime Unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase handled by the App Store and verified on device. Verified lifetime purchase identifiers and revocations are stored in this device’s Keychain. Switching store accounts does not automatically remove access; an explicit revocation of the corresponding purchase removes that purchase entitlement. The app receives no payment card details and sends no transactions to developer servers. Checking the storefront, purchasing, and restoring may require internet access.
Data collection and support
The app requires no app account and includes no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not send photos, action history, or device identifiers to the developer. If you email support, the developer uses your email address and the information you provide to respond. Please avoid sending unrelated photos or sensitive information. You can request deletion of support correspondence using the contact address above, except where retention is legally required.
This website
This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages. It uses no analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process access logs under its own privacy policy; this does not mean the app uploads photos to the website.
Updates
This policy will be updated when features change, with the effective date shown above. Please email support with any privacy questions.
